Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing product quality. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various engineering tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. R & D semiconductor processing and analysis eg Lgad Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Oversee the fabrication of components, ensuring adherence to GD&T standards. Project management to optimise production efficiency. Provide support in assembly processes, ensuring quality control measures are met. Contributing and Engaging in customer discussions and global representation of the company at key physics conferences and events around the world.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in physics or Engineering or a related field is preferred (Minimum) Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in silicon detector fabrication and tooling. Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
