Working alongside the B2B and B2C sales teams, this role provides specialist expertise in driving and racing simulator solutions. The Simulation Sales Specialist supports both pre- and post-sales activity by contributing to solution design, configuration and technical guidance throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist expertise in
driving and racing simulator solutions
to support B2B and B2C sales teams
Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, performance expectations and technical requirements
Design and configure simulator solutions, ensuring accuracy, compatibility and suitability for the intended application
Support sales teams with detailed product knowledge, configuration guidance and proposal input
Work closely with Product Managers to remain current on new products, hardware, software and market trends within the simulator space
Collaborate with installation, pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale through delivery and ongoing use
Provide post-sales technical guidance and configuration support from an advisory perspective
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure consistent processes are followed
Contribute to the ongoing development of simulator offerings, best practices and internal knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
Strong practical knowledge of
driving and/or racing simulators
, including hardware, software, peripherals and motion systems
A genuine interest in simulation, motorsport or sim racing
Comfortable engaging with customers and internal teams on technical subjects
Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of how technical decisions impact the wider sales process
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
A methodical, detail-oriented approach to solution design
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team
Experience in a sales support, pre-sales, technical advisory or customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential for candidates with strong simulator knowledge.
