Singing Teacher

Are you a fun-loving, charismatic, and young-at-heart singing teacher who loves making children feel like rockstars?

Anthem Music School

is looking for an enthusiastic and creative singing teacher to join our growing team.

We offer small group music lessons to children (ages 5+) and adults, and we're seeking someone with a

pop, rock, or musical theatre

background who can bring energy, positivity, and a love of performance to every lesson.

Current Teaching Opportunities

Mondays:

4:30-6:30pm (with the view to grow to 4:00-8:00/9:00pm) in AMS Media City (M50 2XH)

Wednesdays:

4:30-8:00pm (with the view to grow to 4:00-8:00pm) in AMS Monton (M30 9PN)
We teach

48 weeks per year

What We're Looking For

Someone who can

make lessons fun and engaging

, especially for younger learners. A teacher who can plan exciting lessons, use games and creative approaches, and help students feel like performers. Someone who is

reliable, professional

, and passionate about music education.

Main Responsibilities

Teaching small group lessons (maximum of 4 students per class) Preparing lessons, printing lyrics and music Opening and locking up teaching rooms and the building when required Writing short weekly lesson notes and setting practice homework Encouraging students to take part in performance opportunities

What You'll Bring

A fun and professional approach with great communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude A passion for teaching both children and adults A degree in Music or related field (desirable) Grade 8 level on your instrument/voice (desirable) Previous teaching experience (desirable but training can be provided)

Pay and Progression

Starting Rate:

18 per hour

Annual Review:

Based on loyalty, consistency, and time with the company Opportunity to grow your timetable and responsibilities over time
