We are looking for a fun, friendly, and passionate Singing Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for musical theatre and the ability to engage and inspire young performers of all ages and abilities.
This role is all about creating a positive and encouraging environment, where students feel supported to explore their voices, build confidence, and shine on stage. Lessons will focus on preparing songs for our end-of-term shows, helping students to develop their skills while having fun and building a strong sense of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach fun, engaging, and structured group singing lessons to children aged 4-16 years.
Deliver musical theatre-based classes, preparing students for end-of-term shows.
Prepare for lessons in advance, including selecting songs, printing lyrics, and finding or editing suitable backing tracks where possible.
Build students' confidence and stage presence through positive, supportive teaching.
Adapt your teaching style to suit different age groups and abilities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers to create exciting performances and productions.
Foster a nurturing, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Communicate positively with students and colleagues.
Support academy events and productions throughout the year.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching singing to children or young people, ideally in a group setting.
A strong understanding of musical theatre repertoire, styles, and vocal techniques.
The ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
Good organisational skills, including preparing for lessons and managing time effectively.
Knowledge of safe vocal practices for developing voices.
Desirable (but not essential):
Piano or keyboard skills to support vocal coaching.
Experience working in a performing arts school or similar environment.

Please note that all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, and employment is conditional on a clear check being received.
