Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and dedicated Singing Teacher in Preston.

Razzamataz provides part-time performing arts training in dance, drama and singing. We develop a child's confidence whilst they learn new skills, make new friends and have fun in a safe and secure environment.

We are looking for confident and outgoing applicants with experience of teaching young people aged 4-18

The role

What's required?

Experience teaching and/or working with children and young people is desired

but not essential

A passion for teaching singing to children aged 4 - 18 (playing piano not required)

Aptitude for creating and co-ordinating fresh, innovative material for termly presentations

. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration among students.

. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.

Skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for learning. Patience and empathy in dealing with students' varying needs and challenges. Creativity in developing engaging lesson plans that capture students' interest.
