WHAT TO EXPECT
We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individual to join our team.
This full-time, fixed-term apprenticeship is based at our Dumfries office
, where you will serve as the
Site Administrative Assistant Modern Apprentice
. You will provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the site Operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business processes. You will gain practical experience in various aspects of office administration while working towards a recognised qualification level 5 or 6 SCQF depending on individual:
Key responsibilities:
To provide confidential and comprehensive admin support to the site Operations team.
Collate and summarise reporting formats from the various departments of the site.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in a timely manner including completing the site metrics monthly and update performance metrics boards.
Organising and attending meetings where requested including minute taking.
Maintain display screens and notice boards, ensuring up to date communications.
Provide back-up support for Arranging Travel for two UK sites personnel.
ABOUT YOU
Required Experience:
You will have achieved or be working towards 4 National 5's or equivalent A - C grades, one of which should be Maths, and a minimum of 3 Highers, English and Business/Admin subjects preferred.
Required Skills:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Fully familiar with all Microsoft Office applications.
