Kanadevia Inova is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support management personnel and facility operations.
Based full-time onsite at Earls Gate Energy from Waste facility, this role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative activities while assisting engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate communication including calls, emails, and interactions with internal and external visitors.
Provide administrative support such as filing, typing, formatting, copying, scanning, and maintaining documentation.
Organise meetings, manage schedules, and support the planning of corporate events.
Maintain office systems including filing structures, equipment inventories, and document control processes.
Support cross-functional teams with data entry, preparation of letters/reports, and contribution to special projects.
Qualifications
------------------
Solid experience in an administrative or business support role.
Experience working in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment is advantageous on site.
Familiarity with basic HSE rules and compliance expectations.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent computer and typing skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluent in English, with strong report writing and document preparation skills.
