About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive Site Administrator to join our site team at the Clean Cow Project, Dalry. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site office, providing essential administrative support, and assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks and communications.
A typical day in your role will involve:
Booking site inductions for new starters/visitors and coordinating with site security.
Submitting timesheets to payroll and agencies in a timely manner.
Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Identifying and marking up pipework and going on site.
Creating Technical Queries.
Taking pictures on site for progress and quality.
Liaising with the client for site-based queries/instructions.
Coordinating with site team to ensure the next work area is prepared.
Coordinating with logistics at head office to prepare for deliveries.
Maintaining filing systems on site and keeping records up to date.
Completing and submitting stores/purchasing requests and monitoring deliveries.
Controlling materials on site to ensure target delivery dates and requirements are met.
Providing support to the Project Manager as required.
Liaising with HR/payroll on dig money, travel time etc.
Site roll call.

Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
Able to present data clearly and logically.
Confident communicating with colleagues, site teams, and external stakeholders.
IT literate and comfortable using office management systems.
Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and perform well under pressure.
Professional, approachable, discreet, and reliable.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience (construction or contracting environment preferred).
Timesheet and payroll experience desirable.
Knowledge of office management procedures.
Experience working on construction sites is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
The role is 9.5 hours per day Monday to Thursday and 8hours on Fridays and it is based at Baker Hicks (Clean Cow Project) P77M+V3, Dalry.
