We are seeking ing a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator / Document Controller to support the delivery of our live residential developments. The role is key in maintaining site documentation, supporting site operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of project information between internal teams, contractors, and the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documentation including drawings, contracts, RFI logs, and reports
Ensure version control and proper distribution of drawings and documents
Support the Project Director and site team with administrative tasks and communication
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely submission and receipt of key documents
Maintain up-to-date site records including permits, inspections, and health & safety files
Assist in the preparation of board packs and progress reports
Organise and minute project/site meetings when required
Monitor deadlines and submissions to keep project documentation on track
Liaise with head office and the wider project team to ensure compliance with internal protocols
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within construction or property development
Excellent organisational and document management skills
Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Experience working on live construction sites is preferred
