Our client, a notable player in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent with expertise in highways, to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing and managing all on-site activities for a construction project, with a focus on ensuring safety, timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards. The Site Agent acts as a pivotal link between the project management team, contractors, and subcontractors, coordinating various aspects of the project from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management:

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Project Coordination:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and coordinating the work of different teams and subcontractors. * Quality Control:
Ensuring the construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications. * Resource Management:
Managing the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
Job Requirements:

• Experience with Highways England projects
• Strong understanding of highway construction and management
• Proven track record in site management within the HTP sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
