Job Overview
We are looking for a
skilled and reliable Handyman
to join our team and provide essential maintenance support at one of our client sites in Horsforth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a hands-on environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and well-presented.Key Duties
Perform basic plumbing, woodworking, and painting tasks. Assemble furniture, hang shelves, and carry out minor installations. Replace light bulbs, repair fixtures, and assist with office moves. Work across indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and liaise with contractors when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
(company van provided). Basic knowledge of plumbing and general repairs. Familiarity with fire safety systems and emergency equipment. Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including ladders. Strong communication, record-keeping, and time management skills. Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.Experience
Experience in a commercial or office environment preferred.
Hours of Work:
Flexible hours between
06:00 - 16:30
, Monday to Friday.37.5 hours per week
, with30 minutes unpaid lunch

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
