Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including commercial and industrial settings. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Utilise appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for different surfaces and materials. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist with additional duties as and when required.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
