We are seeking a proactive and dependable Male Housekeeping Supervisor to support

the delivery of cleaning services for a high-profile client site. This role combines

hands-on operational oversight with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will

be organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing teams, maintaining service

standards, and supporting the Management Team in daily operations.

Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities

? Promote a positive, inclusive team culture where diversity is respected and

? Support the company's vision, values, and aims, while modelling professional

standards of behaviour.

? Manage security cards and keys, ensuring strict control and safe return.

? Work with the management team to create and manage daily and periodic

cleaning schedules.

? Ensure signing sheets and records are completed accurately during shifts.

? Support staff induction, training, appraisal, and development.

? Manage staff absences, including annual leave and sickness.

? Maintain up-to-date weekly time sheet records.Encouraged to hold meetings

with direct reports ensuring Principle policies and procedures are followed and

requirements / expectations are fully communicated at all levels.

? Carry out cleaning audits at client sites

? Ensure consistent and high level service delivery across the portfolio

? Identify areas of improvement in the delivery of the services and processes and

implement change as required.

? Undertake any additional tasks as instructed by the line manager or above

Health & Safety

? Ensure all relevant documentation is up to date, including RAMS, COSHH,

site-specific H&S files, and subcontractor compliance.

? Update training logs, complete safety documentation and checklists, and

promote a safe working environment across the building.

? Report building defects, unsafe practices, or health and safety issues promptly.

? Report all accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences.

? Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks.

? Work safely utilising appropriate safe working practices, including the safe use

of machinery associated with the task.

Required Skills & Competencies

? Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

with attention to detail.

? Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional

approach to clients, contractors, and team members.

? Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools is highly

desirable.

? Able to work both independently and as part of a team, adaptable to change,

and committed to continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

? Experience in the cleaning sector in a supervisory capacity.

? Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and

professionalism.

? IOSH Working Safely (or willingness to complete the qualification).

? Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is highly desirable.

Training & Development

? Ongoing professional development is provided, including training in

management, health and safety, and other role-relevant areas.
