We now seek a Site Document Controller to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Site Document Controller, you will manage document systems and quality processes, ensuring accurate information is distributed across projects efficiently and on time.
Following our document management procedures, you will undertake thorough document quality checks and register the receipt, upload and distribution of project documentation.
Working closely with design managers, you will assist with the development of workflows, including the approval, implementation and monitoring of these and other contract administration functions.
Additionally, your role will involve:
- Ensuring the correct security protocols and accessibility to the document management system
- Managing queries from subcontractors
- Providing training and guidance on the use of document control systems
- Overseeing the collation and quality assurance of operation and maintenance manuals across projects
About You
To be considered as a Site Document Controller, you will need:
- A thorough and process-driven approach
- A record of working with document and contract management software
- Excellent IT skills, including in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud software
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects (desirable)
- Knowledge of ISO-19650
- A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card (we can help you obtain)
