Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Site Engineer based in Milton Keynes for a print company.

Salary: \xc2\xa338,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa342,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 3 Weekly shift patterns 6am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm with weekend working.
The role\xe2\x80\xa6
As the Site Engineer your role will involve the following important duties:
- Maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnosis of Mechanical/Electrical faults.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers of production equipment.
- Source spare parts as required.
- Maintain stock levels of critical parts.
As a successful Site Engineer, you will have the following:
- 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong electronics background.
- 3 years of mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- City & Guilds/NVQ or comparable qualification.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671) City & Guilds 2382 qualification.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks including lifting, carrying, standing, squatting, crawling etc.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
