Our clients are a privately owned construction firm based in Northern Ireland, with over 20+ years experience in delivering projects throughout various sectors.
Project dotted throughout the UK and ROI, including Care Homes, Hotels, and one-off Residential Builds. You will get the full 360xc2xb0 of the Construction Sector.
Day to Day:

  • All Site Engineering tasks undertaking surveys and setting out on site.
  • Preparation of drawings and calculations to ensure quality control and compliance.
  • Monitoring construction progress to ensure that deadlines are being met.
  • Liaising with clients and carrying out site investigations.
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications.
  • Liaising with QS, Directors, Commercial Teams on ordering and pricing of materials.
  • Ensuring that health and safety and policies and legislation are adhered to.
Experience:
  • Degree in Construction / Civil Engineering.
  • 1+ years experience essential for the Site Roles.
  • Experience in all areas of Construction and Construction Documentation.
  • Great communication skills and computer literate.
  • Meticulous planning and organizational skills.
  • UK Driving Licence, be able to travel with the role to the UK.
