Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, particularly in electrical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders on-site.

Duties

Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports on progress, issues, and resolutions. Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Identify potential risks or issues during construction and implement effective solutions. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
