Site & Executive Assistant
-- a role designed for someone looking to gain real-world experience and grow with the company.
The Role
This is a hands-on assistant role where you'll support the Director both in the office and on-site. You'll be exposed to all sides of a specialist construction business -- from admin and scheduling to site visits and project support. It's ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes and develop their career in construction, project management, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Admin Support
Assist with day-to-day scheduling, emails, and diary management
Help prepare documents, meeting notes, and basic reports
Organise project files, quotes, supplier info, and job tracking
Support with ordering materials and booking trades or subcontractors
Carrying out onsite survey reports
Site Support
Attend site visits with or on behalf of the Director
Take measurements, photos, and basic notes
Speak with clients, suppliers, or trades as needed
Complete job sheets and assist with job progress reports
Help ensure clear communication between the site and office
What We're Looking For
Eager to learn and get involved -- no two days are the same
Confident communicator with good writing skills
Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
Comfortable visiting building sites (experience a bonus, not essential)
Familiar with email, Word, Excel, and basic digital tools
Driving licence and own transport preferred
