Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman/Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that our builds are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, supervising work processes, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that all tasks are executed according to specifications while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise daily operations and manage a team of workers to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources effectively to optimise workflow. Monitor work progress, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Facilitate communication between management and team members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on site. Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and job-specific skills.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and management. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is essential.
