Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Monitor progress of work against the project schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety protocols. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively, maintaining a focus on problem-solving. Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates, safety incidents, and resource utilisation.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and monitoring is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
