We are specialists in Restoration, renovation and super prime developments. Covering Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and East Devon.

Roll requirement

Reporting to the project Stakeholders and senior manager team, you help to lead on-site operations, overseeing all aspects of the build programme, including resource allocation, subcontractor management, and daily coordination to ensure seamless progress against milestones Drive quality control through rigorous inspections, material approvals, and snagging processes, ensuring the final deliverable exceeds client expectations. Supervise and coordinate site works to meet safety, quality, and environmental objectives. Implement Health, Safety & Environmental plans and maintain welfare standards. Develop daily site plans and manage resources effectively. Monitor productivity, costs, and budgets, taking corrective action where needed. Ensure compliance with quality procedures and carry out regular inspections. Engage with designers and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
Person Specification

Strong background in site management within super prime residential construction. Knowledge of HS&E legislation and quality standards. Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. Good IT skills and familiarity with site reporting systems. Commercial awareness and ability to monitor costs and resources. CSCS and SMSTS are required

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day
