Role Type: Full time / Permanent
The company
Briscoe Construction a part of Cubby Construction, Carlisle is an established Civil Engineering and Building Company based in Carnforth near Lancaster and operating throughout the North West of England.
We carry out a wide variety of building and civil engineering projects, in the roles of Main and Principal Contractor and have a broad spectrum of clients working on projects ranging from 5,000 to 2million in value. These include clients within the Utilities (Electric, Water & Renewables), Health, MOD, Education, Highways & Infrastructure, Public & Charitable, Commercial & Retail, Industrial, Conservation, Nuclear, Coastal and Residential sectors.
The role
The ideal candidate should preferably have the following: Full driving licence, CSCS card, NVQ Level 2 in Site Joinery with relevant site experience in 1st and 2nd Fix and an understanding in Building / civil construction. In return you will receive good rates of pay, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, regular training.
