are looking for a committed

Site Labourer

to support the successful delivery of upgrade works to 10 domestic properties at Upper Marham. This fixed-term role is a great opportunity to join a long-established, family-run business.

You'll work alongside trades, subcontractors and site management, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining site standards, and helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project. This role is ideal for someone hardworking, reliable and willing to get stuck in across a variety of tasks.

About the Role

As a Site Labourer, you will assist in the preparation, cleanliness and organisation of the site, helping with material handling, basic tasks, and supporting trades as needed. You'll play an important part in maintaining a safe, tidy and productive working environment throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

Assist trades and subcontractors across the 10-property upgrade programme Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, carrying and material distribution Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised site Support site management with basic tasks and daily operations Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures Report hazards, issues or delays promptly Represent the business professionally on site

Required Qualifications & Experience

CSCS card - essential Previous experience on construction or refurbishment sites - desirable Understanding of basic site safety and manual handling Reliable, proactive and willing to work as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence - desirable
