ABOUT THE ROLE: SITE LOGISTICS OPERATIVE (WARRINGTON)

Based at our Warrington Centre -- home to BMW and MINI showrooms, Aftersales, and Bodyshop we are looking for a Site Logistics Operative. You'll be the key person ensuring vehicles are in the right place, at the right time.

To maintain both site parking and storage areas, including internal and external areas. To ensure the highest efficiencies are achieved in all aspects of vehicle logistics To provide a seamless flow of vehicle supply when required, to both vehicle repair workshops and valeting departments. Monitor and move vehicles from the customer car parking area in a timely fashion. To inspect new and used vehicles for damage on arrival following delivery from the supplier. To assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles from transporters To complete all relevant paperwork in relation to vehicle deliveries and damage reporting within the prescribed timescales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


Proven excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service. Proven organisational, communication and prioritisation skills. Ability to work on own initiative and autonomously. Flexible and adaptable. An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service. An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality. Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information. Is a team player. Offers help and support to others. Ability to work weekends and bank holiday when required. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
