Site Manager

50,000 per annum + commercial vehicle
Full-time, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours/week)

Join a high-performing team delivering Planned Works Programmes to housing properties across Aberdeen.
You'll support best-in-class site management and ensure top-tier customer service, safety, quality, and cost control standards.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of planned works contracts, ensuring KPIs are met
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure timely, budget-conscious, high-quality delivery
Manage employees and subcontractors in full compliance with H&S, CDM, QA accreditations and company procedures
Provide accurate quotations and maintain budget control throughout works
Champion strong performance management and uphold HR policies
Ensure a professional and safety-first customer experience
Maintain company assets and support wider business policies and initiatives
Step in to support other Site Managers and attend company/client meetings as needed
Essential Qualifications & Experience:SMSTS qualification and Asbestos Awareness
Experience managing measured term housing contracts and SORs
Proven H&S management, staff leadership, and subcontractor oversight
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and IT literacy
Knowledge of COSHH, CDM regulations, and report writing
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated team player who embodies our customer-first values
Desirable:HNC/HND in construction or building services
Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Scaffolding Inspection Certificates
Domestic retrofit and PAS2030/2035 experience
Familiarity with social housing sector and contract management systems
