Site Manager
At Hill, we're building more than homes--we're shaping thriving communities and delivering real impact. As a Site Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality developments worth 30m+, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Take ownership of on-site activity, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget Champion quality assurance through SnagR and ISO systems Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and support trainees and assistants Maintain exceptional site presentation and foster a culture of excellence Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and client teams
What we're looking for:
HND or Degree in Construction or related field SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety training (e.g. TWC, Scaffold Inspection) Track record of managing multi-phase or mixed-use developments Strong leadership, communication and forward-planning skills Financially savvy with experience in budget control and reporting
