We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Secure Environments team based in Aldermaston.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Secure Environments team, supporting them in delivering projects across the UK Defence portfolio with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your day to day will include:
Managing the site to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
Supporting the Senior Management in implementing contractual strategies and building effective teams
Managing and implementing Health & Safety procedures, including audits and documentation
Monitoring and controlling resources including subcontractors to maximise efficiency
Ensuring timely delivery of project reporting, forecasting, and maintaining comprehensive site records
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
You have previous Site Management experience and a proven track record in successfully managing projects
You hold a full UK driving licence and preferably SC Clearance (or are eligible for it)
You possess strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, and are commercially aware
