Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee operations on a residential refurbishment of 12 flats. The ideal candidate will possess strong management abilities and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and quality of work. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise. Implement best practices for site management and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar position within the construction industry. Strong background in management with demonstrated supervising experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for effective project planning and execution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
