Orbit Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee a high-end, single-storey rear extension to a residential property in the Ascot area,

due to start in July 2025

.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in high-end residential construction, including basement and groundworks, who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and managing every stage of the build process with confidence.

Responsibilities

?Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential extension project
? Managing subcontractors, trades, and labour to ensure smooth site progress
? Ensuring all work is completed

to NHBC standards

and within project timelines
? Maintaining strict

health & safety compliance

on-site
? Liaising with

clients, senior management, and project teams

? Handling problem-solving and ensuring quality control

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience as a Site Manager on

high-end residential construction projects

? Strong working knowledge of

basement construction, groundworks

, and the full build process
? Valid

SMSTS or NVQ Level 5

,

First Aid certification

? Ability to coordinate trades effectively and maintain site progress to schedule
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
? A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety
