The role

Project manager across multiple live refurbishment sites in and around Northumberland. You will play a fundamental role in providing a safe working environment and ensuring projects run on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Basic project management skills focusing on risk management for delivering projects on scope, time, cost, and quality. Experience in fixed price and target cost contract management, strongly supported by commercial contract framework expertise like NEC3/4. Proven track record in site management, meeting deadlines, and thriving in contract environments. Solid expertise in Safety, Health, and Environmental construction requirements and legislation including CDM along with current SMSTS & BESC accreditation. Proactive and communicative, you're comfortable leading discussions and negotiations with stakeholders across functional business structures.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and safety standards. Manage project timelines and resources using Primavera P6 to optimize efficiency. Supervise and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment. Coordinate contract management activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on project progress and address any issues.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 45 per week
