We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Working Supervisor

to lead and support our site team within a fast-paced and high-standard construction environment. This is a

hands-on leadership role

, combining site supervision with direct involvement in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate site operations efficiently, maintain safety compliance, and deliver projects to a high quality. You'll act as the key point of contact between the site team and management, helping drive productivity and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere on site.

Duties

Supervise and manage daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and best practices. Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management promptly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and feedback. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during operations. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work. Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the industry is advantageous.
