About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project timelines. You will coordinate with various departments, oversee employees and contractors, and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project targets are achieved on time and with the highest quality standards. Supervise and coordinate work to meet safety and quality requirements. Maximize productivity by managing people and material utilization effectively. Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report problems or delays to management. Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and other legal requirements. Keep confidential records and financial information secure. Coordinate with clients to complete documentation formalities and ensure satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of construction work and health & safety regulations. Must hold an

SMSTS

card Self-starter with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and resilience under pressure. Strong listening skills with a focus on building customer loyalty. Integrity, honesty, and a results-driven mindset. Relevant qualifications and certifications approved by the Chartered Institute of Building. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Flexibility and a passion for client satisfaction.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
