Site Manager - Garden Room Construction

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing our multiple build teams across multiple locations. This is a hands-on management role where you'll balance technical know-how with people leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple build teams across several live projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily/weekly schedules, resources, and logistics.
- Carry out regular site visits, snagging checks, and quality inspections.
- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and site presentation.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and risk management on all sites.
- Provide technical carpentry guidance and support when required.
- Act as the main point of contact between teams, management, and clients.

Requirements

- Extensive carpentry/joinery experience (minimum 5 years).
- Previous experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Project Lead in construction or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams across multiple sites.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
- Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
