Role Overview:



We are looking for

experienced and passionate Site Managers

to lead our October Half Term holiday clubs.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the club, managing a team of play workers and support staff, and making sure the site is

fully Ofsted compliant

.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the tone for excellence in care and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the

day-to-day running

of the holiday club, ensuring it operates smoothly and safely. Maintain

Ofsted compliance

at all times, including safeguarding, health & safety, and accurate record-keeping. Conduct staff briefings, manage rotas, and provide supervision to ensure high-quality care and engaging activities. Complete essential paperwork, including registers, incident reports, and safeguarding records. Act as the on-site

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

or work closely with our central DSL team. Ensure

first aid

provision is available and respond to any medical situations promptly. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school representatives. Support staff in delivering safe, fun, and inclusive activities for children with SEND. Handle emergencies and incidents professionally, following organisational policies and procedures. Ensure all equipment and resources are safe, appropriate, and well-maintained.

Requirements:



Proven experience managing teams in an educational, childcare, or SEND setting. Strong knowledge of

Ofsted compliance

, safeguarding, and health & safety.

Paediatric First Aid qualification

- or willingness to complete training before the role starts.

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) qualification

- or willingness to complete training before the role starts. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Level 3 qualification in childcare, education, or a related field (preferred). Enhanced

DBS check

Available to work the full

October Half Term

period (Monday to Friday).

Hours & Pay:



Dates:

Monday 28th October - Friday 1st November 2025

Hours:

9:30 am - 3:30 pm (some flexibility may be required)

Pay:

20 - 25 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
