Straight-Line Civils are currently looking for an experienced

Site Manager

with a background in Engineering and Reinforced Concrete to work across two sites in Coventry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep projects on track Work closely with the document controller ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations

The ideal candidate...

Has significant experience with RC projects and within Site Management roles Experience working on Bridge and Structures CSCS Manager card, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid at Work Local or within commuting distance to Coventry

12-24 months work

CIS/Contract -

300-400 / day

Structures/Bridge: 1 year (preferred) Reinforced Concrete: 5 years (required)
