Site Manager

to join exciting new projects in the Greater Belfast area.

Role Overview

As Site Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering projects to the highest standard, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout. You'll lead site teams, coordinate labour, liaise with engineers, and maintain close communication with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time and to specification

Report directly to senior management (Contracts Manager & Project Director)

Maintain consistent, accurate site records and documentation

Manage and motivate on-site teams

Conduct thorough risk assessments

Follow detailed construction drawings and specifications

Coordinate site labour and subcontractors

Support contract negotiations and manage site-level operations

Liaise with engineers and site professionals

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in managing new build projects

Excellent team leadership and communication skills

Self-motivated and proactive approach

Strong decision-making and analytical abilities

In-depth technical knowledge of the building industry

Compliant and relevant 3rd part H&S site management training
