We are seeking a Site manager to manage a school refurbishment during the school hours with much more ongoing work for the right candidate.
Ideal candidate is from a fit out/refurbishment background.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience in managing and supervising small- medium sized projects.
The main objective of this role is a school kitchen refurbishment.
Essential skills/qualifications:
-CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid
-DBS enhanced as working within a school (this can be applied for now in time to start)
-Able to document and manage subcontractors and ensure all installation are compliant with the design and to the quality expected. Manage time keeping, site diary, construction records, site inductions, H&S and all other aspects of site management
-Able to manage a site within a live education environment
-Good timekeeping and supervisory skills
-Good team leader and motivator
-Must have a good overall construction knowledge
-Willing to get hands dirty if required to deliver the job
-own transport
Must be willing to help the team deliver the job and do what needs to be done. Must have own tools and transport.

Pay: 30.00-36.00 per hour
