Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Site Manager
to oversee the day-to-day management of a live project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the project, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering the scheme on time and to the required quality.
This requirement will involve overseeing concrete enabling works prior to starting fit out works in site.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all site activities to ensure compliance with project programme, safety, quality, and budget requirements.
Lead daily site briefings and coordinate subcontractor teams effectively.
Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, progress reports, and site instructions.
Ensure that all health and safety procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Liaise with the Project Manager, commercial team, and client representatives to resolve issues promptly.
Oversee logistics, deliveries, waste management, and temporary works on site.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure works are completed to specification.
Take responsibility for site security and fire safety procedures.
Drive a positive safety culture on site through active leadership and engagement.

CSCS Black or Gold Card
(Site Manager or equivalent)
Asbestos Awareness

Skills & Experience
Proven track record in site management within the interior fit-out or refurbishment sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and temporary works procedures.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes.
Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 weeks
Pay: 28.50 per hour
