- Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Supervise and lead on-site teams
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
- Valid Driving Licence
- First Aid certification
- Demonstrated experience in PLC House Building
- Proven track record of managing timber frame sites
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fast-paced construction site environment
- Full-Time hours
