The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the delivery and installation of our products on farms across the UK and mainly Ireland. This includes overseeing site teams, coordinating logistics, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery
Supervise subcontractors and internal site crews
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Communicate effectively with clients and represent Etra Feeders professionally
Troubleshoot and resolve site issues promptly
Support continuous improvement and lean practices on-site
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in construction or site management, ideally in agricultural or industrial settings
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Willingness to travel and work on farms across the UK and Ireland
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Experience with joinery, mechanical installation, or agricultural systems
