With an exciting and varied pipeline of high-end landscape projects ahead, Unique Projects is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead on the ground the delivery of our exceptional outdoor schemes.
From coastal renovations and stream bank engineering to bespoke commercial designs and complex multi-phase installations, this role will see you working on some of the most rewarding and technically interesting schemes in the region.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives to deliver landscaping and external works to the highest possible standards. You will take the lead on-site, ensuring a smooth and safe operation across all project phases, from setting out through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, supervising and motivating site teams day-to-day
Ensuring all site activity is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with design and CDM requirements
Communicating clearly with Directors, designer teams and clients
Overseeing and participating in the delivery of hard and soft landscaping tasks
Managing site tools, machinery and vehicles, ensuring maintenance and readiness
Proactively identifying and reporting site issues, risks or improvements to management
Setting out works from technical plans and ensuring accuracy
Managing costs and targets, working within project budgets
Supporting ongoing team development and on-site training
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing landscaping or external works projects
Hands-on experience in hard and soft landscaping
A practical understanding of site health & safety, CDM and KPI delivery
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and set out from technical drawings
A proactive, organised and solutions-led approach
Full driving licence required
