Venom Contractors, are working alongside a leading name in Residential construction, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Site Manager
to oversee the development of a large housing development project in Exeter.This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and manage the delivery of a unique and high-end project, ensuring impeccable quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the swimming pool development project, from initial groundwork to final finish. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Liaise with clients to provide regular updates and maintain excellent relationships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
NVQ Level 3 or higher
ORCity and Guilds qualification in a skilled trade.
Proven experience managing new build sites or construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
