We are seeking experienced Site Managers to lead the on-site delivery of bespoke joinery and fit-out projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality installations that exceed client expectations.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all site-based activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage teams of joiners and subcontractors, coordinate with the contracts team, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all site operations for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects Manage and coordinate site joiners, subcontractors, and suppliers Enforce health, safety, and quality standards at all times Monitor site progress against programme and report to Contracts Managers Resolve on-site issues proactively to maintain delivery schedules Ensure installations are carried out to the highest level of workmanship Liaise with clients, site staff, and head office teams to ensure seamless delivery

About You

Proven experience in site management within joinery, fit-out, or construction SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred) Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure installations match specification Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability Willingness to travel and stay away as required Keen eye for detail, ensuring quality standards are achieved consistently
