We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a number of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This role requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication across the site. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Address any issues or conflicts that arise among team members promptly and professionally. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the site environment is essential. Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
