We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external repairs and maintenance projects within the social housing sector. The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of external planned maintenance works (roofing, windows, doors, scaffolding, and associated works) across a portfolio of occupied social housing properties. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage external works programmes across multiple sites. Supervise operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders. Monitor budgets, costs, and progress reporting. Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing repairs & maintenance (externals). Strong knowledge of roofing, windows, doors, and scaffolding works. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Health & Safety conscious with relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid). Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided).
