Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established housebuilder, renowned for delivering high-quality homes across West Cornwall.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage direct staff, labour, and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations on-site.
- Procure and manage materials efficiently to align with project needs.
- Collaborate with the commercial and design teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Essential).
- Proven experience in site management within the housing sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
