What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations on prestigious residential projects in Barnes, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget. Ensure strict adherence to UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, utilizing your

SMSTS certification

. Provide on-site first aid support when required, leveraging your

valid First Aid certification

. Monitor project progress, maintaining exceptional quality standards and implementing robust risk management. Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety, quality, and compliance with UK building regulations. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders to align on project objectives. Maintain meticulous site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Swiftly resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track and deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction, ideally in design and build or luxury refurbishments. Valid

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

certification. Valid

First Aid

certification. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction processes, and health & safety standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and complex projects. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Passion for delivering bespoke, high-quality residential projects that exceed expectations.
