Now, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Site Manager

to join our growing team and take ownership of some of our most exciting upcoming projects

What You'll Do:

As a Site Manager, you'll be the beating heart of each project -- leading the teams on-site, maintaining the programme, managing costs, and making sure every detail aligns with our reputation for quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Lead and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results Day to day assigning tasks to different teams and ensuring the tasks are completed on time Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and building strong relationships Manage procurement and price-check materials to keep builds on budget Carry out regular site visits and quality/safety inspections Problem-solve in real time -- no two days are the same Use project management tools like Buildertrend to log updates and keep things moving Stay ahead of the game with research into new products and building systems including how AI can help us in the business.

What You Bring:

Experience in managing residential construction projects (extensions, refurbs or new builds) Strong leadership and time management skills -- you're proactive, organised and calm under pressure Great communication -- with trades, clients, and suppliers alike A keen eye for detail and a pride in delivering high-spec projects Working knowledge of project management systems, site reporting and current building regs - software will be an extremely important part of your job CSCS card required; SMSTS or similar qualifications preferred

Pay: 40,000.00-47,100.00 per year
