Job Title: Site Manger - Edinburgh

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all on-site activities.

Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed to specification. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times. Monitor progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Liaise with clients, architects, and the wider project team to ensure effective communication. Manage site documentation, RAMS, and daily/weekly reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or fit-out industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. SMSTS (or equivalent), CSCS, and First Aid certifications required. Full UK driving licence.
