We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our high-end residential construction projects in West London ranging from 1m-4m.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, maintaining schedules and budgets.
Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
Valid SMSTS certification.
Current First Aid at Work certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Knowledge of building regulations and quality standards.
Proficient in project management software.
